This was our second vacation with the Boivin's. Gay & Greg Atkinson did join us along with her cousin Lee and husband Cliff and their son & daughter in law. This was the year we became hooked on fondue! We actually bought a fondue pot as soon as we returned home. Fondue & Crepes seemed to be a specialty of the city! Montreal was an incredible "melting pot" city with diverse languages (primarily French) and culture. The underground shopping was really great, and their architecture was a combination of old & new as you see below.

We visited the Olympic Stadium and went to the top of the Olympic Tower that you see below.
